Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a complementary medical practice incorporating natural
philosophies and approaches to restoring and maintaining your health. It helps you to recognise and remove barriers to the healing process. It also
helps you to take steps to prevent illness, supporting you to make the best
choices for your health, correcting deficiencies and relieving excesses.
Gaby, our therapist, can help guide you through simple techniques to bring your emotional and physical body back into balance.

What happens during a naturopathy consultation?
During your consultation, Gaby, our therapist, will listen to and discuss your health concerns. She will spend up to an hour with you in your first consultation taking a detailed case history. This will include your health concerns, personal and family medical history, as well as reviewing your diet and lifestyle. Using this information and her years of experience, Gaby will form a diagnosis and discuss her findings. By designing treatment plans with you, you are empowered to incorporate them into your lifestyle in a manageable way and make lasting changes without feeling too overwhelmed or restricted. Gaby likes to keep treatment plans as simple as possible, giving you the best chance to succeed.
Treatments and remedies
Gaby may also prescribe specific medicines such as liquid herbal tinctures,
nutritional supplements and homeopathic medicines. Our clinic only uses
the highest quality practitioner-only products that have been tested for their
effectiveness and purity and sourced ethically. Gaby has a thorough
understanding of which pharmaceutical medications may be used safely
with natural supplements, and which cannot. She is also happy to work in
collaboration with your other medical practitioners.
Follow up consultations
Ongoing support is provided to you through follow up appointments that may take 30 minutes to an hour depending on your needs. In order to help you achieve your optimal health, it is important to keep your appointments and take your prescribed medicines as directed. If at any stage you are concerned or have any questions about your treatment, please discuss this with Gaby.
